Grant brings proven experience in all aspects of consumer and business-to-business marketing communications, driving RBW's strategy to build and execute world-class, integrated communications campaigns. An agency CEO who believes in being directly involved in accounts beyond the introductory “pitch,” Grant works with agency clients BB&T, CORT, Old Dominion Freight Line and Queens University of Charlotte.

Before joining RBW, Grant spent more than 15 years at Bank of America as senior vice president of brand and marketing communications. In this role, he oversaw the development and implementation of comprehensive brand communications strategies and execution plans. Grant also served for 10 years as vice president and senior account supervisor at the Atlanta office of Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt Advertising, where he directed several account service teams.

And when he's not in the office (which is very rarely), he's an avid cyclist, fly fisherman, scuba diver, and a former marathoner and personal trainer.
